A strong believer in glamour as a daily practice, understood as edited authenticity, distinctiveness, sophistication, elegance, poise, confidence, magnetism, and a slight tendency towards excess. Habitual seeker of inspiration in less common places, with a penchant for selecting contrasting elements and orchestrating them into layered and cohesive visual narratives, infused with meaning and self-interrogation.

My taste is primarily informed by instinct, and it usually resides in opposite corners of the spectrum: I am equally drawn towards rigor and purity - finding direction in the words and works of Walter Gropius and Dieter Rams, but also opulence and eccentricity - being incessantly inspired by idiosyncratic characters like Diana Vreeland and Luisa Casati.

Everything I create is a reflection of my inner world and it represents a culmination of the many things which make up who I am. I believe that taste is both a cultural construct, and a supremely intimate trait: a sum of people’s own fixations, obsessions and things they have encountered throughout their lives, that managed to leave a lasting and formative mark.

Advocating for purified opulence, a touch of darker edge, a dash of decadence and for always navigating against the currents. Favoring academic, yet not alienating references, and conceptual notions recalibrated to suit the fashion vernacular. Believing in depth, intellectual curiosity and rigor of research, masterfully combined with a controlled dose of unruliness and a subversive approach.

I also believe in garments that are primarily made for women’s minds, rather than bodies; and in their function as visual tools for translating character and rich inner worlds. And of course, I am unequivocally convinced that a fashionable woman of substance is an amazing spectacle.
